Alegreya as a typeface is a humanist font with a calligraphy feeling that conveys a dynamic and varied rhythm.This gives a pleasant feeling to readers of long texts, keeping the consumer interested over vast amounts of text. Alegreya seems capable of playing multiple roles with equal grace and style. Serif typefaces rarely achieve this flexibility, since the contrast and expressiveness of a serif typeface look so different at varying sizes. Being developed in 2012 this typeface is also modern and thus embeds context towards a younger audience.
