First test prints

From the test print it became apparent that to complete a book of 19cm x 17cm descent an A2 piece of paper would have to be used, as the A3 dimensions were not wide enough. In order to control wastage it was decided to remove 2cm from both the height and width, this in turn allowing the book to fit onto an A3 piece of paper, whilst still maintaining the same ratio. This meaning that the new book size is that of 17cm x 15cm.

Another factor learnt from the first test print is that of the formatting of the book on Indesign, as when completing a brochure it is essential that the signatures are developed using different documents, this meaning that when compiled together the pages are in a chronological order. As this was unknown within the first test many pages appeared out of place. This is a factor in which must be resolved within the future.
