Strengths: Easy to use, accessibility, helpful if your cards gone missing, helps you in situations whereby you have forgotten your card.
Weaknesses: Security, if your card was lost would you just use the app and not cancel it? Click count-would it be easier to use contactless?
Opportunity: Different to other apps, ease of use.
Threats: Hijackers, and apple wallet.

In order to gather a response upon the topic area, a questionnaire was developed in which focuses its efforts upon an app based product. The results are as followed:
80% of the consumers have forgotten their bankcard/ID and thus there is definitely a market for such product.
When asking whether an app would be a simpler way in which to pay (using a contactless format) it was suggested that this would be so, although some consumers were unsure upon the action. As the click count would be far less for that of contactless this may be a factor in which to consider when developing the product.
When asking whether storing your ID would be a good idea a far larger proportion agreed, suggesting that the consumers believe that their money is far more important than identity, this may be considered within the future.
The majority of consumers consume media through their phones and thus this may be an area in which is developed further.
When discussing a fingerprint mechanism the response was varied with some feeling it was insecure. As a response to this a participant messaged me, giving feedback-this being expressed below.
From this other mechanisms may be used in order to develop a highly secure banking method.
