Key factors gained from research

As both primary, secondary and quantitative research was conducted, it was decided to formulate a mind map in order to record the most prominent design factors in which were discovered through the research stage.

From completing this exercise it became apparent how many design elements will have to be incorporated in order to develop an app in which is suitable for apple, and succeeds its counterpart. Colour is key when developing the app as it is used not only for decoration but to also inform. Infographics should be used to indicate a meaning towards the app, this will also engage the consumer.  Consistency to apples re-existing products should also be made including colour, layout, typefaces and phrasing. It must also be considered what platform the app would be used upon ie landscape or portrait. Using this information initial drawings will be developed in which contain these key factors.
