In simple terms the compass app is used purely to gain knowledge upon your location. More for an older generation the app is simple and easy to read. Text size is appropriate for the usage of this app. 

Contacts

Informative, the layout of this design is easy to navigate and thus allows you to find the relevant contact quickly. A search bar is also present at the top in order to allow a shortcut.

Find My Friends

Find my friends is an app in which allows you to track your friends location. Slightly harder to set up, it would be suggested that this app is targeted at a younger, app savvy audience.

Calendar

Google calendar is a simple way in which to record your arrangements for the following weeks. Simple this app may be used by multiple people.

Health

An app in which records your health. The simplistic design of this app easily allows you to navigate through infographics. The general style of the app would suggest a target audience of 20-30 years.

Weather

Very simple this app clearly indicates the weather, location is easily manipulated by the plus sign.

Timer

This app works as a timer, alarm, world clock, and a stop watch. A simple bar method has been used at the bottom in order to contain different sections.

Calculator

A simple user interface, this app gets straight to the intended point. Looks similar to the original product.
