2nd variation

The 'i''s used within the design were manipulated in order to form attention upon the charcater. The I was stretched, increased in size, made bold, and formed of a diffrent typeface in these experiemnts. It was decided that the best possible way in which to make the character stand out is to enlarge it, and to place it at a slight angle. By completing this the I also follows the format of a falling tree, an idea in which follows on from previous designs.

Composition was widely explored with typesize playing a key role. As the only details on the page were to be that of text it was dceided that the text should focus on a central reservation. It was also decided that the type size should be relitively large although not over powering. This in turn allowing for a legible approach although the text has been manipulated.

When deciding upon colour, it was decided that the red should be used, as the black felt far too like that of a book in which would be given out in schools. A burgandy was used rather than blood red in order to step away from the cliche blood designs.
