Group feedback session

Selected filters


When asking the group for feedback upon the geofilters, they suggested that the above designs are most effective. Key comments made have been listed below:


  • The movement expressed within the water bottle design makes it more engaging then a flat overlay, obviously this would cost the company more but it is just a proposed idea and thus it is suitable. 
  • The love heart is expressed throughout the whole project and thus it is relevant.
  • All designs effectively express the brand name
  • The designs have not been placed right to the edge and thus they cannot be cropped by the consumer. 
  • The colour palette mimics that of current guidelines.

When discussing the two poster designs with the group I suggested that the same elephant should be used throughout the range, as this did not promote consistency. I also went onto suggest that I believe the elephant expressed should appear 'flat', in order to exhibit the same feeling as the pre-existing iconography for the brand. Dom agreed with these comments made, as he suggested that the previous geofilter derived explored a flat elephant and thus consistency was made. Megan suggested that the the different elephants were okay as they were from different perspectives. As designers, myself and Dom disagreed with this comment, and thus Megan said she would explore with a flat deisgn.
