The day before Article 50 is due to be triggered the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, delivered the keynote speech to the POLITICO Europe 'New European Order' conference.
The Mayor is in Brussels for high-level security talks and to make the case to European politicians and officials that, despite Brexit, London remains open to business, ideas and talent.
