When looking specifically at LGBTQ design it became evident that the colour pallet used was traditionally the same, all focusing on the gay flag. Although the gay flag is a clear representation of LGBTQ, I believe that it can be used as a lazy shorthand. Limiting the design possibilities for this movement, as well as stereotyping.
The designs themselves appear bold and impactive, two key considerations, as LGBTQ members should be able to promote themselves proudly without any judgement.
