Survey

A survey was undergone in order to gather a greater perception of the picture houses impact on those who live in hyde park. from this the following responses were gathered.

When asking whether the participants had been to the picture house there was a 50/50 split. 

When discussing what stands out to the individuals about the building, it was stated that the architecture was the most prominent feature. As a result of this, I may attempt to promote this within my own design. 

All individuals who attended the picture house said that they enjoyed their experience. This promoting the picture house as a positive aspect of hyde park. 

Again all individuals who attended the picture house said they would again visit. This promotes the picture house as being a strong centre of the community. 

When discussing the colours related to hyde park, it was suggested that blue and red are the colours in which represent the area most prominently.
