Plastic sleeves

As I had previously liked designs in which contained that of a plastic cover, I decided to collect further research upon this topic area, looking into diffrent ways in which they may be formatted.

The above approaches explore ways in which the documents have been wrapped in a similar air tight way as that of food packacking. This approach is effective but obviously has a large environmental impact.

Type has been placed on acetate in this instance in order to inform the consumer. This may be an approach in which I may look at when desiging the sleeve.

A layered approach allows this design to appear visually engaging, and interesting. Every layer is different and thus would engage the audience throughout. This is a highly important factor as the target audience is notorious for getting bored.

Bubblewrap has been used in this instance in order to express texture and meaning to this book's cover. The minimalistic design engages the consumer at the risk of the environment. These factors must be considered when developing my own piece.
