First mock up of the app-landing

To gain a more precise outlook upon the way in which the spread will be formulated quick illustrations were developed from that of the wireframes. This outlining specific details including hierarchy and type size.

From the initial drawings, wireframes and mockups the process began to create the landing page.  A grid system was developed (5x15) in order to do so. This in turn creating consistency within the app-a factor in which the consumer would find useful when navigating.

Following on from the mock up the type again appeared consistent, this further relating to apples design ethos. Type size, and information was also expressed, with hierarchy being the main contributor

Icons were explored in order to gain interest in the product and to engage the consumer. As icons were already present in the app, some have remained consistent (the bankcard and plus sign). As the bank card icon was not available for download a new icon following a similar format was produced.

In order to keep the design consistent with that of the previous Apple Wallet, key factors were mimicked. This including typography, and icon style. The Store icon was expressed horizontally as the vertical aspect felt inconsistent with the rest of the design. Spacing was also kept consistent alongside shape size. When analysing Apple's apps, the rounding of shapes appeared apparent and thus this has attempted to be mimicked within this design. Although the background on the initial app is translucent, this apps background is black, although when developed in industry it would appear translucent. (This being due to my skills not yet being good enough to complete this action).
