Mind map-Welsh mythology

A second mind map was developed in order to correlate what I feel to be key characteristics/issues towards the book's design and content. Many realms of the design were explored with key considerations being that of target audience, binding methods and language. 

With 21.9% of Welsh nationals speaking the Welsh language, a bilingual book would be an effective way in which to target a larger demographic. As it is also the national language, and the Welsh are known to be extremely patriotic, this would be an important cultural aspect to involve within the design. 

The primary target audience for the book would therefore be Welsh people, 20-45.  With a secondary audience being that of English speakers who are interested within Welsh culture/mythology. 

As the book is targeted at Welsh people specifically, the overall aesthetic should be highly recognisable towards their culture, I feel that this may also be portrayed by traditional bookbinding methods.
