BRITISH AIRWAYS - HEATHROW T5 CAPS
By combining two live data streams, British Airways welcomed passengers to their home at Heathrow Terminal 5 with a unique digital campaign. The dynamic campaign used both flight origin and weather data to produce a tailored welcome message for each individual baggage belt. As well as welcoming people from individual flights, the campaign would produce a suggested activity for passengers to do in London, based on the current weather. For example ‘Hello everyone from Madrid, welcome to London. Catch a comedy show at Canal CafĂ© Theatre in Little Venice’. The creative would also display the nearest tube station and local weather.
