Feedback

When discussing the designs with my peers they gave some valuable feedback in which I will use to inform my final design. Some key feedback has been outlined below:

• The two tone approaches look strong and mimic contemporary design trends, making the covers current. 
• All concepts are strong although the linear concept stands out
• The usage of bold type is much more effective
• A range of typefaces should be considered not just 'generic' ones. 
• Black, blues and white are all colours in which embed the idea of space 
• try using an off-white and a  grey instead of black as it creates a stronger dimension. 

From this feedback it has been decided that the linear approach will be taken further, with considerations towards colour being made. Typefaces may also be explored in order to promote a range of responses.
