As a study task we were asked to develop a simplistic leaflet displaying hierarchy of text in the context of flood responses. As a group we began the task by initially jotting down the information in which we felt to be most important. This initially began with the title, emergency contacts, radio stations etc. We then formatted this information into an interesting 3 fold leaflet, which when opened reduces the amount of water covering the house to show the transaction of flooding to the realisation after a flood. I really liked this idea and felt that it was much more interesting than the average public information leaflet, although the storage of the leaflet may be difficult as information of such is usually placed upon the fridge, whereby the leaflet would unfold displaying the least relevant information first. During the following project I will definitely consider the importance of hierarchy and will make the most informative details appear first.
